The Mission of the Native Doors Networking Senter (NDNS) is to develop a strong Native American Community by developing academically strong Native American students and strengthen the family and our community.
We need help raising the funds to pay the construction costs and an operating budget.
Ways to Donate
Because NDNS is a nonprofit organization, we rely on support from individuals, foundations and corporations to enable us to offer opportunities to provide services for American Indians, Alaskan Natives and others. Please consider one of the following ways to contribute to the Native Doors Networking Senter. Any donation amount is graciously accepted!
1. To donate by mail, send a check, payable to Native Doors Networking Senter, and mail to us at P O BOX 18201, San Jose, CA 95158.
2. Honor special people or occasions with your gift. Honor a special person, celebrate an important occasion or holiday with a designated gift, or ask your friends to do so on your behalf. We will send an acknowledgement of each gift to the honoree.
3. Matching gifts program: Please check with your employer's human resources department to see if your employer participates in a matching gift program, and then submit required paperwork.

For over 20 years, my wife Gloria and I have worked with families to address the low academic performance of Native American students in Santa Clara County. At a time when many school districts have dropped this federally funded program because of budget cuts, an innovative approach is underway in the Valley.
By requiring parent participation, Native Doors Networking Senter (formerly the Indian American Education Program) empowers its students to succeed at school, in community and at home. While the program provides much needed education tools including tutoring in math and English and standard test taking, it treats the whole student offering other activities such as Native American culture, music and arts, socialization, and behavior.
A vital part of the program’s design and excellence is the participation of Native American Students from Stanford University. Their presence and willingness to mentor and tutor the K-12 students improve academic achievement and provides excellent role models and examples of leadership. They are the elite of young Native American community.
NDNS has an exciting new opportunity to grow its success. September, 2008, NDNS is relocated in a brand new affordable housing complex managed operated by Charities Housing our former site on Senter Road. This new facility will provide: kitchen, large meeting room, craft room, computer lab and will allow the program to expand from 2 to 4 nights a week.
This is an exciting opportunity that will not only provide an outstanding after school educational facility for our children, but also a home for our elders to meet and for community events. In order to complete the construction of this facility, NDNS needs to raise a further $270,000 from the community, major donors and grants.
We are asking you to make a contribution, however large or small, to our capital campaign. Checks can be sent to the address above, made out to NDNS - Capital Campaign.
We thank you in advance for your support of this important program and please do not hesitate to contact us for more information about NDNS
